Problem: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and 2024-2026 Voltage travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Risk: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Free fix: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 13, 2026.
Fuel System, Other › Delivery › Hoses, Lines/Piping, And Fittings (25V383000, 2025-06-23)
Problem: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Fuzion and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The generator's fuel and vapor hoses may have been reversed during installation.
Risk: Incorrectly connected hoses can feed fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor, increasing the risk of a fire.
Free fix: Dealers will correct the hose placement, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 1, 2025. Owners may contact 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-471.
Latches/Locks/Linkages (25V384000, 2025-06-23)
Problem: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Carbon, Fuzion, and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The rear gate pins and/or leg support bracket may be missing, allowing the gate to shift during operation.
Risk: A rear gate that shifts or patio stairs that becomes unstable increase the risk of injury.
Free fix: Dealers will install the gate pins and/or leg support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 4, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-470.
Structure › Body › Step/Ladder (25V321000, 2025-05-15)
Problem: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Voltage 4135, 4225, Fuzion, 2025 Springdale 266DECK, Retreat 391FSRL, 39FSRL, Residence 401FLFT, 401FSRL, 40FLFT, 40FSRL, Hideout 26PATIO, and 2024 Raptor travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.
Risk: Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.
Free fix: Dealers will install a new bracket and hardware, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 7, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-468.
