Privacy policy
This policy covers CyberMax websites, browser extensions, APIs and data tools ("services"). We collect as little as possible and never sell personal data.
Websites
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Some CyberMax sites count page views in aggregate (page path, referring website and day). No IP addresses, cookies or device identifiers are stored with those counts.
Browser extensions
- CyberMax extensions process page content locally in your browser and only when you use them. They do not send your browsing data to CyberMax. Each extension has its own policy with details, for example the CyberMax Lens privacy policy.
APIs and data tools
- When you run a CyberMax tool on a platform such as Apify, or call a CyberMax API, the input you send is processed to return your results. That platform's own privacy policy also applies to your account and billing, which CyberMax does not see.
- Operational logs (time, endpoint, status, errors) may be kept for up to 30 days to keep services running and secure.
- Our tools work with publicly available information. We do not buy, sell or broker personal data.
Google API data
CyberMax uses Google APIs only to publish its own software to its own Chrome Web Store account. CyberMax's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not access other users' Google data.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run our services (for example Cloudflare, Apify and Hugging Face), or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing cybermax.tools@gmail.com. Residents of the EU, UK and California have these rights under GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date.
