Terms of service
By using CyberMax websites, browser extensions, APIs or data tools ("services") you agree to these terms.
Using the services
- Use them lawfully. You are responsible for how you use results, including compliance with privacy, anti-spam (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and ePrivacy) and data-protection laws, and with the terms of the websites you look up.
- Don't use the services to harass anyone, send spam, break security, or overload our systems or anyone else's.
- Paid tools are sold and billed through the platform you buy them on (for example Apify), under that platform's terms and prices.
Information, not advice
Results come from public sources and automated analysis and may be incomplete or out of date. They are general information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Ownership
The services, their code, names and designs belong to CyberMax. Free extensions and tools may be used for personal and commercial purposes; you may not resell or copy them as your own product. You keep ownership of your own inputs and outputs.
No warranty
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CyberMax is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. For paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or change or stop a service. We will post updated terms here with a new effective date. You can stop using the services at any time.
Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Paid products (downloads, reports, subscriptions and API plans) are priced in US dollars on each product page and paid by card through our checkout providers (Polar and Stripe). Subscriptions renew each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: if a purchase doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. Duplicate charges are always refunded. Usage-based API charges are refunded for failed calls.
