What is a supercap?
A higher liability limit for specific serious claims, such as data breaches. Leave it out if you do not need one.

Not directly: write agreed changes in Other Changes to Standard Terms on the Cover Page, which wins over the Standard Terms.
Who owns the work?
You choose on the SOW: the customer owns deliverables as they are created, or only once the related fees are paid.
