Problem: Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Wayfarer recreational vehicles. The liquid propane (LP) tank may have been manufactured without the remote shut off and may be loose in the mounting bracket.
Risk: LP tanks that cannot be shut off increase the risk of a fire. Additionally a loose LP tank may detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free fix: Dealers will install a remote shut off and replace the bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed by October 30, 2026. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is WAY-108.

Problem: Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Open Trail, Wayfarer, and 2026 Midas recreational vehicles. The Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label may have been incorrectly printed on a white label. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims-Other Than Passenger Cars."
Risk: The incorrect label color may make it difficult for the operator to locate the loading or tire pressure information, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free fix: Dealers will replace the label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 2, 2026. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is WAY-107.
