Problem: Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Grecale, 2023-2025 MC20 Cielo, 2024 Granturismo, GranCabrio, 2021-2024 Levante, Ghibli, Quattroporte, and 2022-2025 MC 20 vehicles. The radio software may prevent the rearview image from displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Risk: A rearview camera image that does not display decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Free fix: The radio software will be updated over-the-air (OTA) or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 10, 2025. Owners may contact Maserati customer service at 877-696-2737. Maserati's number for this recall is 740.

Fuel System, Gasoline › Delivery › Pressure Sensor (24V269000, 2024-04-15)

Problem: Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Quattroporte and Ghibli vehicles. The fuel line sensor housing may crack and leak fuel.

Risk: A fuel leak may cause an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash. A fuel leak also increases the risk of fire in the presence of an ignition source.

Free fix: Dealers will replace the fuel line sensor housing, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 21, 2024. Owners may contact Maserati customer service at 1-877-696-2737. Maserati's number for this recall is 718. This recall is an expansion of previous recall number 21V-872 (Maserati campaign 718).

Problem: Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2021 Quattroporte, Ghibli, 2021-2022 Levante, and 2022 MC20 vehicles. The fuel line sensor housing may crack and leak fuel.

Risk: A fuel leak may cause an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash. A fuel leak also increases the risk of fire in the presence of an ignition source.

Seat Belts › Rear/Other › Retractor (21V703000, 2021-09-10)

Problem: Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2021 Levante, Quattroporte, and Ghibli vehicles. The seat belt automatic locking retractors may deactivate early, which can prevent the child restraint system from securing properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Risk: An unsecured child restraint system can increase the risk of injury during a crash.

Free fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the seat belt assemblies, as necessary, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed October 15, 2021. Owners may contact Maserati customer service at 1-877-696-2737. Maserati's number for this recall is 434.

Problem: Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2021 Quattroporte Trofeo and Ghibli Trofeo vehicles equipped with optional 21-inch tires. The tire placard may have incorrect tire pressure information. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

Risk: Tires that are inflated to the incorrect pressure could lead to a loss of vehicle stability and control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Free fix: Dealers will replace the placard and update the tire pressure monitoring system, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 10, 2021. Owners may contact Maserati customer service at 1-877-696-2737. Maserati's number for this recall is 432.
