Problem: Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Granite trucks equipped with LED headlights. The LED headlights may fail.

Risk: Loss of headlight illumination can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Free fix: Dealers will replace the LED headlights, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed July 23, 2026. Owners may contact Mack's customer service at 1-800-866-1177. Seat Belts › Front › Anchorage (25V666000, 2025-10-06)

Problem: Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Mack MD, 2019-2025 Anthem, Granite, 2024 MD Electric, and 2025 Pinnacle trucks equipped with a passenger bench seat. The seat belt anchorage bracket may be improperly welded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."

Risk: An improperly welded seat belt anchorage bracket can detach during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Free fix: Dealers will install a reinforcement plate, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed January 21, 2026. Owners may contact Mack's customer service at 1-800-866-1177. Electrical System › 12V/24V/48V Battery (25V382000, 2025-06-10)

Problem: Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2025 Anthem and Granite vehicles. The power cables may have been improperly routed, which can cause an electrical short.

Risk: An electrical short can cause an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash. An electrical short can also cause the cables to overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.

Service Brakes, Hydraulic › Antilock/Traction Control/Electronic Limited Slip › Control Unit/Module (24V792000, 2024-10-23)

Problem: Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Anthem, Granite, TerraPro and Pinnacle vehicles, equipped with Bendix EC80 Advanced Electronic Control Units (ECU). Electrical noise and low signal to the power line carrier may cause the ECU to incorrectly process commands or stop working.

Risk: Safety systems that depend on the ECU (Automatic Traction Control, ABS, Electronic Stability Control, Active Cruise Control, and Collison Mitigation System) may have diminished or lost functionality, increasing the risk of a crash.

Tires (24V773000, 2024-10-18)

Problem: Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2019-2025 GR and 2018 GU Granite vehicles equipped with non-DOT tested tires. The tires may not have been DOT tested and confirmed to be sufficient for the vehicles. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 119, "New Pneumatic Tires - Other Than Passenger Cars."

Risk: Insufficient tires can fail, increasing the risk of a crash.

Problem: Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Anthem, Granite, and Pinnacle vehicles equipped with RollTek driver's seat assemblies. The seat pedestal and seat belt attachment may have been improperly tightened.

Risk: An improperly tightened seat pedestal and seat belt attachment may not restrain the occupant as intended, increasing their risk of injury during a crash.

Problem: Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2025 LR, Granite, and Pinnacle vehicles equipped with Composilite EXS20 steerable lift axle suspension assemblies. The tie rod assembly ball stud could have been improperly heat treated and can fail.

Risk: The ball stud can separate from the vehicle becoming a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Problem: Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2025 Mack AN, GR, and TE trucks. The drag link may contain an improperly heat-treated ball stud that can fail, resulting in a sudden loss of steering control.
