Each recall: problem, risk and fix
Seats (25V813000, 2025-11-24)
Problem: Foretravel, Inc. (Foretravel) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Realm and 2022 Realm 450 vehicles. The pedestal mounting plate may have been improperly welded, causing the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."
Risk: A loose or detached seat assembly may not restrain the occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
Free fix: Dealers will inspect for a missing weld and replace the pedestal seat as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 15, 2025. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226.
Equipment › Recreational Vehicle/Trailer (21V788000, 2021-10-09)
Problem: Foretravel, Inc. (Foretravel) is recalling certain 2020-2022 iH-45, Realm FS605, Realm FS450, and iC-37 recreational vehicles equipped with Hehr 6400 Series windows. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail.
Risk: Adhesive failure may cause the vent portion of the window to detach, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Free fix: Dealers will inspect the windows, and replace the vent if necessary, free of charge. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-9556226.
Service Brakes (19V893000, 2019-12-16)
Problem: Foretravel, Inc. (Foretravel) is recalling certain 2020 Realm and iH45 vehicles built on a Spartan chassis. The brake relay valve may have an air flow restriction, which may result in an extended stopping distance. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
Risk: An increase in stopping distance increases the risk of crash.
Free fix: Foretravel will notify owners, and Spartan dealers will inspect and replace the valves, free of charge. The recall began December 16, 2019. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226.
