Electronic Stability Control (Esc) (26V055000, 2026-01-29)
Problem: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. Contact with the drive line yoke may damage the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) unit.
Risk: A damaged ESC unit may malfunction, disabling the electronic stability control and increasing the risk of a crash.
Free fix: Autocar will relocate the ESC unit, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were be mailed March 27, 2026. Steering › Linkages › Tie Rod Assembly (25V679000, 2025-10-09)
Problem: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2024-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) and DC (Legend) vehicles. The tie rod clamp may have been improperly secured.
Risk: The tie rod clamp can separate from the vehicle, resulting in a loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a crash.

Steering › Critical Fasteners (25V660000, 2025-10-02)
Problem: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) and DC (Legend) vehicles. The steering wheel nut may be improperly secured, allowing the steering wheel to separate from the steering column.
Risk: A steering wheel separation may result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Forward Collision Avoidance › Sensing System › Radar (25V044000, 2025-01-30)
Problem: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2024-2025 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. A software error may cause the forward collision sensing radar to fail.
Risk: An inoperative radar increases the risk of a crash.

Problem: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2024 ACX (Xpeditor). The retaining ring could be missing from the cab tilt hinge pin, leaving the pin unsecured.
Risk: An unsecured pin can separate from the vehicle and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
