Problem: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) and DC (Legend) vehicles. The steering wheel nut may be improperly secured, allowing the steering wheel to separate from the steering column.

Risk: A steering wheel separation may result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Service Brakes, Air › Supply › Reservoir/Tank (25V209000, 2025-04-03)

Problem: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2024 DC (Legend) vehicles. The air tanks have an insufficient volume of air for the brake system. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."

Risk: Insufficient air volume can reduce brake function, extending the distance required to stop and increasing the risk of a crash.

Problem: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023 Autocar DC (Legend) trucks. The forward collision warning (FCW) system may be inoperative due to a software error.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Risk: Warning lights that do not illuminate when the ignition switch is in the OFF position can reduce the vehicle's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
