How to play Whirlane
Your spark races around two orbits. Tap anywhere (or press Space) to hop to the other orbit. Blades sit on one orbit or the other; hop away before you reach one. While you are mid-hop you touch both orbits, so hop early, not just as fast as you can. The spark speeds up as you go. Each blade you pass is a point.
One course a day, one leaderboard
Everyone gets the same blade course each day, so scores are directly comparable. Play as many tries as you like; your best counts. Post it to today's leaderboard with three initials, share your score card, and dare friends to beat it. Practice mode gives a fresh random course every try.
Free, with an optional Fun Pass
Whirlane is free to play, including the daily course, the leaderboard and unlimited practice. The optional CyberMax Fun Pass ($2.99/month, $19/year, or $4.99 once) unlocks every past daily course, the Sunset, Mint, Mono and Candy themes and removes the nudges, in every CyberMax game.
FAQ
Is it fair? The game runs on fixed 60 Hz ticks, and the server replays your taps to confirm a score before it is posted. Does it work offline? Yes, after the first visit; install it from your browser menu or the Add to Home Screen button. Why not just play another tap game? Whirlane rounds last seconds, restart instantly, and the daily course makes every score a real head-to-head.
